Hi,
I've an old mobile account which is closed but there is an outstanding balance i was unaware of. I have tried contacting O2 but they have no record of any account in my name, I have also tried login to my old account but it states I have no account.
On my credit score, I have an unpaid mark against my name every month, so somewhere there are detail of this account. I have also tried contacting VCS but again no help, I just keep getting pass to different departments and ended up being cut off. I would really really like to pay this bill and get my credit score back on track as this is the only bad marks i'm getting.
Someone PLEASE PLEASE help me.
