Hello,
According to my credit report there are two Virgin contracts in default that appear to be in my name but are not mine. This is affecting my credit score, please can anyone provide me with a contact number/email of a department that can help? I've looked online but can't find anything and sent emails to mobilefraudqueries@virginmedia.co.uk with no reply.
