Hi

Since 4 days i am calling around to get help and no one is able to help me out.

I got a phone with virgin media (iPhone 14 pro max) 

The direct debit of 69 £ failed for July and I am trying to reach someone to make a payment no is able to find my account or help me.

I just have a phone (device loan) with you guys no sim card.

Please can anyone help me, no one is able to help me the phone always stating they can't find me but I got all the details
