Hi, I am being chased constantly for an overdue payment for Virgin Mobile. I am happy to pay but can't do it over the phone, Virgin have told me that they can send a web link for payment but nothing has come through. I urgently need an email address so I can speak to someone.

Hi @andrewspreece thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised.

Can you advise if this for your handset loan, or is this something different altogether? We can direct you to the portal used to pay off the remainder of any loan but if you can advise accordingly, that would be much appreciated.
