OK so ill try and keep this simple
I got the ultimate package lets say, with a mobile contract provided... lets call it number 01.. I also have 3 additional mobile contracts ( Lets call them 02, 03 and 04 ), that at the time, were with virgin media... now all 4 have been migrated to O2 by virgin media.
I wish to get a new contract with a different provider, however, I want to keep the number 01 and use a PUK code... My question is this...can i change the number associated with the ultimate package, to be 02 ( or 03 or 04 ) instead of 01? Meaning that my package wont change in theory? Since they are all from the same provider anyways, and all under my name and details... surely this should be possible?
Or do i need to wait until im out of contract time to do this and change my package?

Hi Schamie,
Thanks for your post and welcome back to our Community Forums 🙂
As long as you have both Virgin Media & O2 services, you will still be on a Volt package and will still be eligible for the Volt benefits.
Porting your number out from O2 would be something O2 need to chat with you about themselves 🙂
Here's their own O2 Forums if you want to ask them that specific question.
I hope this helps!

Thats great, thanks a lot for the response... I just looked at my contract with virginmedia and it turns out the SIM is no longer part of my current agreement, so I can actually do what I wanted to do, and i still have other numbers associated with O2, so the VOLT remains in place
