Change address credit agreement

I need to update my address on my virgin mobile credit agreement. I contacted Virgin over a month ago and was sent a “change of details” form. I’ve completed the form twice and there has been no response and no update on my account. I have also raised a complaint with Virgin which has gone unanswered within 28 days.

Can someone advise how to change my address, this is becoming extremely frustrating for such a simple thing

Sorry to hear your address still hasn't been amended for the credit agreement.

I contacted this team and they asked me to resend the form for the 3rd time, which I have done. I still have not had a response confirming the forms receipt or that my details will be updated.
