Hi @Chris83tomo thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised.
If it helps, this will be contained in emails from us, the sender is YourAccount@virginmedia.co.uk and the subject title will be 'IMPORTANT – Your new credit agreement from Virgin Media' and 'IMPORTANT – Your password from Virgin Media'.
Are you able to trace this, including checking your spam folder, if not please let us know.
