Hey Arilian,

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.

Your mobile number and account would have been shut down and moved over to O2, when your services migrated over. If you had a handset loan agreement with Virgin Mobile, you would need to carry on paying Virgin Mobile for that until the full loan was paid off. Are you looking to find anything in particular on your account?

Kind Regards,

I want to know how it was migrated as I can’t find any information about this in my emails

Thank you @Arilian for popping back to us. I would love to offer some further assistance but I'm not quite sure I understand you when you ask how it was migrated?

When we merged with O2 all SIM deals were carried across to continue with O2, email confirmation of this was sent. You can now create a My O2 account to monitor your deal.

Wish this was true. Since creating a VM/O2 sign in have had a lot of problems, possibly because both of 2 mobiles now not under contract. Phone calls and online chat waste of time.
