My tivo box needs returning since last September and I keep getting fobbed off by customer service I have no means myself of getting rid so what do I do now please

Is it definitely a TiVo you have, and not a V6? If you're not sure, check - https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box
TiVo's are not normally expected back, only V6: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/return-or-recycle-equipment
