Tivo Sound Issue

Tuning in

On a regular basis we have to reboot our Tivo box to restore sound. All settings are good, cables and TV all confirmed as working. It suggests to me a hardware issue.

Given the amount of time it takes for the box to start up - it's old - this is becoming very annoying.

Call it in as a fault on 0345 454 1111 / 150. You might get a V6 box as a replacement.

TiVo's are now replaced with V6 as a matter of course, assuming you have VM home broadband. Same software, but much newer hardware.
