Does your TiVo's heartbeat light flash when you have VoD issues? Follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, does the LHS report successful connections?

We had issue with our on demand app. I have read a few post recently and we are not alone.
Watching live TV working fine, as are our recordings. But catch up not working at all. Selecting catch up - channels, only has the iPlayer logo appear, all others have no pictures, just the text. iPlayer doesn't load, just an indefinite black screen if clicked or not processing the request at all.
restarted the box many times, checked cables and still nothing. I dont know what else to do

Tivo heart light is still on, no flash.
I tried to reconnect by going to Network few times. Each time it says, successfully finished, but still cant access on demand 🙁

Sorry to hear about faults with your TiVo box.
From here I will be able to arrange for a swap/upgrade to a V6 box free of charge.
This is usually arranged by an engineers visit.
Can you please let me know if you wish to go ahead with this.
