TV Apps stopped working on Tivo box

Netflix showing error nw-2-5

BBC iPlayer, Youtube, Vevo just black screen when I click on the logo

    I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some issues with the apps on your TiVo box. Our team were aware of an issue that may have been causing this however this is now resolved. Are you still experiencing this issue?

    Is your TiVo's heartbeat light on the front-left, flashing?

      Thanks, nothing is flashing, solid green light
