Recording pixelated and skipping

Hi I have a TiVo box and I’ve got problems with watching recordings. Every recording I have buffers and it’s pixelated, much to our annoyance!
Have spoken to customer service last Wednesday (3rd) who escalated it and I’ve heard nothing since bar receiving a WiFi pod which hasn’t done a thing!

Can anyone shed any light into what to do next? Thanks in advance 🙂

Do you have any problems with live TV channels? You have a signal fault if so.

Assuming no - try pausing live TV and watching it slightly delayed. This is also a recording & uses your TiVo's HDD in the same way. If this also pixellates, you have a hard drive fault which can't be repaired.

Faulty TiVo's are replaced via tech visit with the newer V6 - running the same software as you're used to, but on a much newer and quicker box. This presumes you have VM home broadband.
