Picture break up

Hi I actually have two issues:

1. I have a tivo box. The picture is breaking up and pixellating a lot. Most programmes are pretty unwatchable. I've reset the box and changed to a better quality hdmi cable, which made no difference. The TV is working fine.

2. My vm router is in a bedroom, and because of my disability, I need to be in the living room a lot, and the WiFi is very patchy in there. I need it to be working better.

Can VM fix these issues please.

Thanks

Better off splitting your issues into two posts. Start another post in the wireless section of the board for those issues - other users who have expertise in that, may not look in the "TV - TiVo" section for queries to answer.

Pixellated pictures on live TV are often the sign of a signal fault. If you've rebooted your box once, then there's likely a fault somewhere, so this will need VM to intervene. You're likely to need either an engineer visit or a replacement box, fault TiVo's are now replaced with the much improved V6 as a matter of course.

First check the automated faults line for any existing issues in your area that could be the cause: 0800 5610061. If nothing's reported, assume VM don't know about your fault and ideally you'll need to call them.

150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". Alternatively you can wait on here for staff to respond, which may take a day or so.
