My original Tivo box (non V6) was faulty and I was sent a quickstart replacement which is now up and running.
The information leaflet inside the box advises that I need to return it, but can I confirm if that is the case ?
Can I also confirm If I need to return this box will the Yodel drop off centre accept a bigger package as the box the replacement STB came in is too small for the original Tivo box to fit ?

I am so sorry for any confusion regarding your Tivo box we would only require V6 or 360 boxes to be returned. You can view more about how to recycle your Tivo online here.

Thanks for coming back to us. We're sorry to hear you're still receiving reminders. You can ignore these - there will be no charges added to the account.
I've double checked things here and the TiVo is not required back. The account is also no longer showing that we're expecting a TiVo back so the reminders should stop now.
