You've posted in the tivo forum, however ITVX isn't available on the tivo box. It's only available on the V6 (powered by tivo), 360 and Stream boxes.

What error message/code is showing?

Have you tried rebooting the TV set top box?

Are any other apps affected?

Which TV set top box do you have?

Other forum users can only advise based on the info you've provided, it's almost impossible to provide too much detail to help others help you. The questions posed by newapollo are a good place to start.

I'll only add one, and that's to ask whether other OnDemand programmes that don't use apps, are affected. Sky & Channel 5 are good tests here.
