I have been asked to return a Cisco TiVo® box 500GB

I have recently left Virgin and have been asked to return equipment I no longer have.

I have my Router and Arris TiVo® box 1TB but they are asking for the old Cisco TiVo® box 500GB box that was replaced years ago.

Was I meant to save the box indefinitely ? I have no idea of its whereabouts I could still have it somewhere or it could have gone to the tip , Maybe it was returned I have not got a clue.

We're sorry to hear you're being asked to return equipment you no longer have. Checking here, there is no charge for the 500GB TiVo box so you don't need to worry about this. Just ensure you return any other equipment you do have 😊

Thanks for the reply Kath , I have just spent an hour clearing out under stairs with no luck.

I better get it all put back before the missus comes home.
