I have a TV fault.
Using code words N27 my ethernet cable is not connected!
I have re-connected ethernet at Tivo box but my Tivo box still says N27 connection problem.
Virginmedia only offered a check of my systems.
High probability I have damaged ethernet cable.
After many years of use ethernet cable usually fails and another ethernet cable is required to be installed by Virginmedia.
A visit to my house by Virgin Media appears to be necessary,
I cannot talk to anybody at Virginmedia.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
Sorry to hear of any TV fault - TiVo's have their own in-built connection so wouldn't require being connected via Ethernet.
I'll send you a PM now to get this box swapped out for a V6 as we don't stock TiVo's anymore :).

https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box has pictures of the TV boxes. TiVo's have an in-built 'net connection and don't use your home-hub. V6 don't, and do use your home broadband.
