Syncing issues on Catchup Tv

I have been trying to watch on catch up tv but I am having problems with the syncing. The talking does not match the picture, its is delayed. I have tried resetting the box and tried everything else as well as changing the PCM and the audio sync, nothing is working. What can I do??

    Which TV box are you using? You've posted in the "chatter & natter" section and not mentioned the equipment you're using.
