Ntlworld.com account needs to be moved to hotmail.com and I’m not a techie person! Help pls?

I’m moving house later this year and won’t be able to keep VM as it’s not available in the new area.  I’m really not techie and have no idea how I migrate my ntlworld account important emails to my hotmail account and, if possible, forward ntlworld emails on so I can notify people and services of my new email address. Can anyone give me some advice please? Many thanks and sorry for being so dumb.

The first thing you can do is to set up an auto-forward in your ntlword account that will send received messages to your hotmail automatically.  You'll find it in the settings.

I have seen an app mentioned on here that will copy saved messages from ntlworld, but I'm not familiar with it so don't know how much technical knowledge it needs.
