Hi
I have upgraded to Virgin Hub5 1GB from 500MB. I have 4 TP Link POE WIFI access points around the building using ethernet cables from the router and worked perfectly with the 500gb Virgin router.. They power up now but no WIFI from any access points. Tried everything, reset router, reset Access Points and still nothing.
Any help would be brilliant

POE Wi-Fi APs would need a POE switch to supply the power to the 4 APs.
Since the Hub 5 was installed, has the POE switch been Rebooted ?
Hub 5 has issues with its 2.5Gb/s port, try using one of the 1Gb/s ports
to see if that helps to restore the connection to the POE switch & the 4 APs.
How are the 4 Wi-Fi APs being allocated an IP ?

What model of access points?
If they are 10/100 (100Mbps) the HUB 5 may have difficulty with them or the switch, I assume, that's providing power to them.

Hi I the APS are TP LINK EAP225'S they power up fine but just no wifi. I have 2 connected to the 2.5GB port and the other 2 on 1Gb port. They are all wired up individually back to the router.
Hope this helps

Not sure what your getting at the POE AP get powered by something else not by the router

Just a HUB in modem mode won't work with the kit the OP has, unless you are, badly, assuming they have their own router?
