Constant crap from Virgin having bandwidth issue they are saying they are going to charge me 25-00 if an engineer is called for even though their internet is the issue!!

I don't see any other posts from yourself explaining your "bandwidth issue" to allow a judgement on what the potential cause is. The £25 charge is a standard fee for non-fault callouts.

Test the service speed to the VM Hub and then from the Hub to your devices so you are clear where the fault lies.

It’s simple thier service is **bleep** and they was going to charge me 25/00 for a call-out , Since I’ve threatened to cancel an engineer is coming out obviously at no charge as their equipment is faulty!!!
