tv go was working ok on ipad suddenly requested sign in, then service not available showed on screen

tv go works ok on tv

tried uninstall and re-install also reset ipad to no avail

This is a strange fault with our TVGo App not working on your Ipad.

Would it be possible to try the App on another device please.

Can we also ask if your operating system is 12.0 or later.

operating system 12  but found the same result on mobile phone ios 17.7

works o.k on computer
