Hope you can help but I have the same issue as above. I can log into my VirginMedia account t fine, but using the same credentials I can’t log in to my TV Go on my iPad. I get the “can’t log on using sub-accounts” error message. Any ideas how this ca; be resolved?

Does it work on any other devices such as your phone?
Could you have gone over the device limit?
