can't stream films on tv go app

hi 

I am having a problem streaming films that I have had on my tv go app for years and have had no problem streaming. I am how getting Streaming Not Permitted - restriction apply- this programme can only be watched on your virgin tv box. can you tell anyone me why this is please?

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue. Due to content restrictions there may be times when the Live TV channel or On Demand show can't be streamed. This can include:

• A show that's on a Live TV channel where the content provider has said it can't be streamed
• A Live TV channel or On Demand show that can only be streamed when connected to WiFi, and not over 3G / 4G
• Sky content restrictions which mean you can only stream one Live TV Sky channel or On Demand show from a Sky channel at a time across your TV Go devices. This restriction also applies to the Sky Sports app
• Where you may be using a VPN
• When you are trying to use TV Go to stream outside of the UK, as from the 1st January 2021 we are not able to provide streaming access to content outside the UK. However, customers can still use TV Go to download content to watch offline outside of the UK.
• Where you've downloaded the programme to watch and the licence to view this has expired.

Can you please confirm if you're able to watch any recent content you may have downloaded?
