I need help, VirginTvGo app worked until recently. 

Have reset laptop, reinstalled app, reset password, tried chat help, but still can't log in on windows laptop.

Ipad and iphone work with old ntlworld.com email address but i can't access this on my laptop.

Sign in screen keeps looping back to register / sign in screen.

Been with VM for 20+ years but the poor service and lack of help is making me thinking of looking elsewhere, this is the last resort.

    I'm sorry to hear of the issues you have been experiencing with the TV Go services on your laptop, can you please confirm what operating software you're using on the laptop, and what version this is?

    Please also confirm if the laptop is connected via Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi
