Virgin tv go not working yet again

Hi first time poster on here

 

Why does my tv go app not play my recordings and comes up saying im not connected to the same network blah blah blah I'm sitting next to my box in the same house on the same wifi network???? 

 

Driving me mental

Thanks for posting on the forums in regards to the TV Go issues experienced with watching your recordings, we understand the concern and confusion and would like to welcome you to the forum.

 

Can you confirm if this is specific recordings or content you get this issue with or is it all recordings? Depending on if it is a recording of Live TV or copyright content it may show an error.

The error message would be quite specific in this instance, @Robert_P 

@Kevtucknott1982  - can you confirm that your TV360 & tablet/phone both share the same IP subnet in your router? The 192.168.0/100 bit must be the same - only the final block differs.
