I have just joined Virgin, I have downloaded the Virgin TV Go app but when I try and sign in, I get the message "Service not available".
I have deleted the app and reinstalled, I have disconnected and reconnected to my virgin broadband and nothing works.
It works using a browser but not the app.
Please help
