May i ask what device are you using and is this the latest version of the app that you have?

Hi, yes everything is the latest version. Im using an iphone 14 pro. To be honest i dont think its the app, i think its the account? I have all sorts of weird issues, it doesnt show me my bill, the contract is wrong, and on one page somewhere it says ive left! So i think the account needs looking at

Thanks for coming back to us Jordyterrell. Are you logging into the account using the primary login?
Did you previously have an account with us that you're still logging into? You can check that by making sure the account numbers on your online account and bill match. I ask that due to the issues that you've advised, it could be that your online account is linked to a previous account rather than your current live account.

Hi steven, i only have one login! Im using that one? And i cant see the bill, it doesnt let me! Says it “will be available soon”… yet another problem. Something is not right with my account and ive tried to call and chat to fix it but no resolution!

Thanks for coming back and confirming this. Lets check this out further. It sounds like it may be related to an account issue as as you use your account login for TV Go, this will have a knock on affect. We'll need to confirm some personal information so I've sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you're using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you're on a mobile/tablet device then instead, click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
