I'm getting the same issue.
Same WIFI network as the TV Box but says that it's not online. Tried rebooting the box but same issue

Sorry to hear you're unable to access your recordings via TV Go. Just for clarification, is it your own hub that you're connected to when you're attempting to watch your recordings?
