Can you confirm what content you have tried to record and gotten the message? As there is some copyright material available via the app some content isn't recordable due to legalities and regulations. Are you able to record the same content via your set top box?

I have tried this twice without any luck
im also wondering if it having trouble connecting to my virgin TV and if this makes a difference
