I have now got the problems below sorted after reinstalling and rebooting everything, just hope the issue doesn't occur again whilst I'm away!

I recently upgraded to TV 360 and thought everything was fine but I have a few issues with the TV GO app.
First of all I cannot set a recording via my TV GO app. It doesn't matter whether I'm at home or out, it just fails every time, eventually telling me to try again.
Secondly when I'm at home if I try to connect to my box via the app it tells me that another app is currently playing on my box when all I'm doing is watching live tv via a normal channel (BBC, ITV etc).
Finally if I try to turn the box on via the TV GO app it just circles for ages and never connects and yet if I tap on the box name at the top of the screen it opens up a message box at the bottom of the screen showing box name with Disconnect underneath it and the option to cancel under that.
The box is set to Fast Startup and I have tried the app on both my iPhone 11 and my iPad and also uninstalled & reinstalled it but the app will not connect on either and I cannot set recordings or use the remote function at all, so pretty useless at the moment unless I just want to check the TV guide or watch something live.
In a few days time I am going on vacation for 4 weeks and I want to be able to set recordings up whilst I'm away so is there anything that can be done to get your app working properly before then?
I will say I never had any issues with the previous apps for TiVo and V6 but this app is pretty awful in comparison.
