I used the Virgin TV go on my browser on my PC and recently every time I go to watch it it has been making me register the device, despite cookies/cache not being cleared.
It happened at the start of the month and I ran out of changes, I phoned and it was reset but it is happening again and it's a joke there is no fix for this issue yet.
I'm going to run out of changes again unless I spend 1hr + in a queue. Does anyone know of a fix or what the issue is?

Ensure that virginmedia.com is listed as a trusted site, your browser is set to allow protected content, and you allow pop ups from the Virgin TV Go website.
Don't use incognito/private mode.
Make sure you aren't using a VPN.
Have you tried whitelisting tvgo? See /Forum-Archive/Device-level-reached
I don't seem to have any issues, I have a TV GO shortcut saved in my taskbar which I use. Chrome is set as my default browser so TV GO should automatically open in Chrome, however I noticed that it sometimes opened up in Edge browser, this was usually following a Windows update.
