Dear Vikki,
I appreciate you and your colleagues are limited as to what you can do to provide a temporary solution to this problem that seems to be affecting an increasing number of Virgin Media customers. Surely there must be some solution on the horizon? We have been complaining about this for quite some time now, and I believe I speak for everyone who would like a permanent solution found to the problem. Is there any progress on this matter or is it deemed that people will accept this current action which is plainly no use if people are having to reset on a regular basis.
Kind Regards Spressy

Hi spressy, have you not downloaded the Virgin TVGo app for Windows? It's working great for me.

Dear Roomster,
I have downloaded the app and I still get the problem on Windows 10. It may be that my default browser is Google but I think that many others use this browser and I would have thought that the app would be compatible with it by now! I find a work around is to go directly to SKY sports via their app and log in as a Virgin customer that seems to work for SKY programming. Thank you for your suggestions but as you see from the attached screenshot, I still get the registration screen of death not the dreaded Windows Blue screen!
