Which desktop browser are you using?
Have you tried using a different browser?
I notice the channel 5 error shows AV-2011. Do you have Kaspersky, or Kaspersky AV 2011, or any other anti virus program installed on your PC?

Hi, I'm using Google Chrome and I only have windows defender anti virus and I've tried deactivating that but it didn't make any difference. It was all working fine until late on 2nd November and I haven't made any changes to anything.

That's interesting because I did think it might be because I was using Windows 8.1 but obviously not if you're having problems too on Windows 11.

Can you try using a different browser than Google Chrome as @newapollo has also suggested in their earlier post here?

Ohhh!! I've just downloaded Firefox and it's all working on that! 😃 Thanks for all your help everyone and anyone who's still having problems I would definitely suggest trying this.
