TV Go - Can't access programmes

Hi, I can't get on to TV Go, I just keep getting asked to register device and when I do I get another message 'Not Available - sorry we can't play this at the moment.

I have purchased a new windows 11 pc and I have exactly the same issue. 🤔

Just to confirm you are getting this on all apps or are you accessing these streaming platforms via webpage?

I'm accessing them via the official webpages. As well as the virgin error messages previously posted these are the error messages I'm getting on the others:

Hi @angmclo 

Which desktop browser are you using?

Have you tried using a different browser?

I notice the channel 5 error shows AV-2011.  Do you have Kaspersky, or Kaspersky AV 2011, or any other anti virus program installed on your PC?

Hi, I'm using Google Chrome and I only have windows defender anti virus and I've tried deactivating that but it didn't make any difference. It was all working fine until late on 2nd November and I haven't made any changes to anything.

That's interesting because I did think it might be because I was using Windows 8.1 but obviously not if you're having problems too on Windows 11.

Can you try using a different browser than Google Chrome as @newapollo has also suggested in their earlier post here?

Hi, yes I've tried using Microsoft Edge/Bing but still the same problem.

Ohhh!! I've just downloaded Firefox and it's all working on that! 😃 Thanks for all your help everyone and anyone who's still having problems I would definitely suggest trying this.
