everytime i open the TV go app it asks me to re-register the same device over and over again. I have my phone (with exactly the same name) registered twice and a computer (with exactly the same name) registered 3 times , but then i cant watch anything until the following month. Any ideas how to stop this doing this???

Usually there are issues like this if you are clearing cookies or using a different browser. Doing either will cause equipment to show up as a new device.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with the TV GO app. As nodrogd advised, are you clearing your cache and cookies or using another browser?
