TV upgrade app

I’ve had an email offering channels that I need to add using the TV upgrade app on my box but I can’t find it anywhere. Any ideas? I’ve got 360. 

  • What are the channels you have been offered.

    TNT Sports are being offered for £12 a month when I sign into MVM but I already have them so wouldn't receive an email.

      TNT as a regular user of Eurosport as Eurosport is going. I don’t already have them as we’ve started a new contract after they went to subscription. MVM is offering £12 but the subscriptions app on TiVo is offering £18. I’m going round in circles as support says to follow instructions in email but can’t find the TV upgrade app it refers to anywhere. Trying to get 

      a straight answer from VM is proving impossible.

        If you want to go with the offer in your MVM for £12 I would try going with that, they do say these offers might take 14 working days but from previous experience with a contract renewal that didn't happen just make sure you get screenshots all the way so you can prove to the forum team that you accepted the offer.

    Why would I pay £12 a month when they have offered it free for the remainder of my contract which is over 12 months?

      You didn't say in your first post you had been offered TNT for free that would have been a different matter, there have been other posts about this, you need to sit tight and wait for one of the forum team to respond which might be 2 to 3 days.

      How did you manage this? I also got the free offer, but can't find how to upgrade on my box either.

        Hey SirAmix, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are having some issues upgrading, also a warm welcome to the community.

        Please follow the below steps;

        1.) Turn on all V6 boxes: take your current TV boxes off standby and check that they're connected to the Internet, ready to download TV 360.

        2.) Pop the telly on: check that it's set to the correct Input and that Virgin TV is playing.

        At this stage, there are two potential options for the next step:
        3i.) Grab the old V6 remote: tap the Home button, select Sky Sports+ on Virgin TV 360 at the bottom or the Virgin TV 360 Free Upgrade box at the top of the TV screen.

        3ii.) Grab the old V6 remote control: tap the Home button, select Apps & Games > All Apps > Upgrade To Virgin TV 360 Now.

        4.) The "Upgrade now to Virgin TV 360" screen will appear. To proceed, select the top menu option, "Get Virgin TV 360"
