TV Control App

I am trying to log into the TV Control App but it does not recognise my email address. 

I know my email address is correct as i use it every day

Last Friday i had a new tv box installed as the hard drive went corrupt on the previous box.

The Virgin TV Go app still works 

Any ideas please?

Hey @roland-rat,

Sorry to hear you are having this issue with the App, can you confirm if you have gone about resetting your password since this is not working anymore?

Can you also confirm for me what box you had changed? Was this an upgrade and if so to which service?

I have tried resetting my password but it does not recognise my email address.

my previous box hard drive crashed so it was just replaced with a new one

You log in to TV control using your My VM login details 👉

Do you also have any difficulties logging into My VM? It may be worth us just sending you a PM to confirm a few account details so we can check everything is set up correctly for you, or support updating your details if needed.
