Sorry We Can't Play This At The Moment 0 error when watching tv go on laptop

I am getting this error on laptop unable to watch any channels. Have tried all the tips on other posts none worked

Hi, no VPN and tried on another laptop in the same room at the same time which worked fine.

Are you using the same browser on both devices?  If not please try using the same one as the one that's working on the other laptop.  Also make sure that the browser is up to date.

You should also make sure you haven't got anything open that can record the screen or take screenshots such as the windows snipping tool app, chat windows, teams etc
