Resetting current devices for virgin tv go

Hello, 

My computer is remembered as multiple devices instead of 1 and i have to register it everytime i use it. I cant use it anymore as ive used all 3 replacement allowances and wont be able to change it for another month.

Can someone please reset my devices or allowances so i can add my computer again as soon as possible?
