Reregister an existing device

My Virgin Go app keeps asking my phone to reregister it as a device. It is clearly a big problem as so many users are saying the same thing but there seems to be no helpful answers to fix this!

The same issue us happening to me. Every time I log in it makes me re-register my device and now I cant log in and can't reset anything

I'm sorry to hear that you need to regularly re-register the same device for Virgin TV Go. Are you clearing your cache and cookies regularly on the device? Are you using any kind of VPN?

Are you renaming your device each time? Or just taking the default model number as offered by the TV Go app?

If the former, try the latter and see if it overwrites the existing device slot.
