Wife had to factory reset her iPad & now having trouble getting Virgin go set up. We have 360 box plus second box (with different number) she uses in the bedroom, & all worked fine before reset. Do I have to use my email address & password on her iPad to connect??. Can’t remember how we set it up in the first place.

Sign out of all your devices using the TVGO app and then sign in again you can only use it on 2 devices simultaneously.

The guide function has now reappeared??? … but a message is coming up on my wife’s app to say “another app is currently playing on your Virgin tv box”. There is an option to “Disconnect “. What could the other app be? What would I be disconnecting???

The TV Control App doesn't work with TV360. It's only for the older tivo and V6 boxes.
All of it's features/functions are integrated into the TVGO app.

I disconnected whichever app was ‘already using the tv box’ and all seems to be working again. As I said, all very confusing. I couldn’t find anywhere any clear and easy instructions, so you have been a big help. Thanks again.👍

Are you still trying to use the TV control app, you need to delete it and just use the TVGO app.
