How to re-activate debit card automated payment method linked on the account?
I have a debit card linked to the account... It's since been de-activated because i had in-sufficient funds once, but i've sinced added more funds to it therefore i want to re-activate the debit card i already have linked to the account.
But i can't seem to find anywhere on the virgin media mobile app or website how to re-activate the debit card linked to the account, or even see the automated payment methods....
I tried asking the customer support online in chat, and they couldn't help and said to call.
I called the virgin media number and its impossible to reach a human to speak about the payment / billing issues...

What I can do is send you a private message to pass security.
Once security has been passed, I can take a look at the payment details.
If you can check the envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
