I have recently upgraded my services and now have a stream box. I have downloaded the TV Control app and once I input my log in details it gives me an error message that reads “No valid Tv control account found”.
I have updated both my phone and stream box and uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still have the same message. Is anyone able to help?

TV Control is a TiVO app. If you have moved to Stream you no longer use a TiVO box. You need to download & use the TV Go app to access the features you previously had with TV Control.
