I cant connect my phone to my virgin box to stream

I am unable to stream from my phone to my v6 box I have a Samsung A14 rhis problem started today ive also tried my Samsung A70 and apear to have to same problem both of my V6 boxes show up on both phones but they are grayed out .

I was sent a new box last week because my old box had a hard drive fault

Can you screenshot where your 2 x V6 "show up" on both phones?

Do you get any error when trying to do so?
