Why is it every time I use virgin go on my pc I ger a error code 1001 and my virgin box is all connected right ?

Sorry to hear about the 1001 error when using TVGO on your Pc.
Have you tried using a different browser?
Do you have the PC connected straight to the Hubs WIFI or are you using a VPN or 3rd party router.
Can you also access this okay on a mobile device?
