skysports not working on the desktop, has worked fine for years now just starts up with a blurry picture then gives me the error code.  uninstalled & reinstalled, not helped.

Can you try the following and confirm the results?

Try viewing on another mobile/desktop device and see if you get the same error

Try via an alternate browser

Ensure the cache is cleared for the browser

Ensure any screen capture equipment is turned off

Hi, I also have the same issue as the desktop app has been fine for a number of years on my desktop pc but now it comes up with the error code after a few seconds of blurry footage, it still works fine on my other devices but all of a sudden just stops working on my desktop pc and I haven't been able to fix it.
