Every time I start the Virgin TV GO app it asks for replacing device, saying how many have been registered already and how many changes are allowed. Once a device is registered then it shouldn't keep asking me again and again throughout a month. Upon adding or replacing device and changes - it soon fills up and then there is no more watching tv go until the next month.
I have set my computers to auto delete history and cookies but selected VM urls to not delete. As mentioned before to VM. So is it a setting that I have done that makes the app and browser tv go keep doing it? Or what is the issue?

I am so sorry that you are facing this issue with your service and thank you again for posting. Can I just confirm are you using the app or the web page to view TV Go? Is this happening on one or multiple devices?

Hi, thanks for the reply. Mainly using the app. I just tried on a web page and the same thing happened - asking to relace a registered device. This happened on multiple devices before, I haven't checked recently, so currently this is happening on one computer, but may happen on more, (like last time)
