This is also impacting me. Please could someone message as per the others and help. It’s worked with no issues for many years and I just noticed this today. Thanks.

Sorry to see your web safe parental control is not working ☹.

Please can you confirm if you are receiving any error messages? If so are you able to provide a screenshot of the error.

    No error messages. I have the same as the rest on this thread.  The settings say they are on but if I actually go to a website that should be blocked, nothing is blocked.  

    in terms of an error I could send you a screen shot of a gambling website, school cheating, or pornography website to prove the error is that what you meant. Maybe best to DM.

        Hi, I am having the same issue. Parental controls are on but not blocking content. Please help.
