Essential security settings not working

My essential security settings aren't working. I've got a young family and rely on these to stop access to pornography, violence and other inappropriate content. I'd call Virgin Media but that's a waste of time and takes hours, so this is the only way I can sort it out. I'd appreciate someone's help please. I'm accessing the browser via Android.

    Make sure the Android device has  : Private DNS set to OFF 

    Make sure the Chrome browser or whatever browser does not have a Secure DNS enabled.

    Make sure the Android Device does not have a DNS Changer app installed.

    Make sure the Android device does not have a VPN installed.

    Any one of the above will bypass VM Child Safe gaining full internet access.
